I got a strange call on March 29, 2003 from this number, that turned out to be a friend calling me from a payphone using his calling card.

I know I come up top on the Google search, but if you are a private investigator or a law enforcement officer PLEASE do not waste your time writing me about this number. I know nothing about it, except that I've inferred that it is often used for nefarious or suspicious purposes.
