We're still trying to get the hang of these new Powerbooks, and one of the picky details is that Safari won't work with the way I've coded the cookies in the Epistolary engine, so I can only do an update from Internet Explorer. Because I'd much rather use Safari, I haven't been doing much updating.

KCI is closed today from the massive amount of snow that Baltimore got dumped on it. I've got a bunch of pictures of the snow and Alex and the local kids playing in it. There's almost enough snow to build a giant structure on top of my car. Thanks to Tim Klein for the link.

The neighborhood kids were walking on the hood of my car today to get across the yard. Cretins. Dancing Lush has some pictures of the snow.

In Chicago, IL this morning, 21 people were killed in a stampede of 1,500 to exit a nightclub after mace was sprayed. All but one pair of exit doors were chained in violation of fire codes.
