Philadelphia residents Phat Man Dee and Tommy Amoeba ask Craig Spahr and Matt Petronko to take their pink elephant float to Burning Man in 2002 so they can ride it on a rental van. They never meet up and the shippers toss it on a fire before they leave. Owners are aghast and take their fellow burners to court on Judge Joe Brown. Apparently they won their case, but the judgement is paid by the TV show anyway so they just get to look like fools in front of the nation. Award is for the plaintiffs.
