RM-10641 Notice: Undefined index: february 28, 2003 in /local/vweb/epistolary.org/htdocs/e4/e3parse.inc on line 62 The American Radio Relay League is reporting that amateur radio operator Dale Reich, K8AD, of Seville, OH has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission to require retailers to record and file identifying information about the purchaser of any radio equipment which would require an FCC license to operate. The text of the filing is on their web site. The FCC is currently accepting comments on this petition until February 28, 2003. His filing has been assigned number RM-10641.
