Suz went to get her oil changed here and said the entire time their phone was ringing off the hook with UHaul customers that they really didn't want to deal with. Their main purpose is a mechanic shop, and they just do UHaul business on the side for a little extra money and don't really have a lot of stake in how they treat UHaul customers. Apparently they did a good job with her oil change, so I've got no problem with his place.
