The State of the Union address is today. At least Dane Carlson had a good time watching. Suz and I just chomped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups at the mention of hydrogen cars and wept for the First Amendment when he went on about faith-based initiatives.

Pasadena, MD - Police say the men broke into a home and demanded jewelry. The woman homeowner allegedly grabbed a gun and began shooting. One of the robbers was killed. The other fled. No charges are expected to be filed against the homeowner. The homeowner was not injured. Thanks to Ann Tabor for the heads up.
