On January 16, 2003 I received an email from Paul Thomas at postmaster@topsitez.us telling me I needed to go to their web site and pay them $5 to renew the listing for my photo gallery. Trouble is, my listing is the one created, maintained and distributed by the Open Directory Project at no charge. You can't even view their web page without JavaScript enabled. Avoid this scam, and don't pay them any money.
