The Holmesburg Amateur Radio Club of Philadelphia, PA is pleased to announce the third annual Delaware Valley FM Simplex Contest to be held March 8, 2003. Contacts can be made on any 2 meter or 440 MHz FM voice frequency provided there is no interference to repeater, digital, satellite, or other activities taking place in the two meter or 440 band.
