January 13, 2002 - Barry W. Lynn, executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State is upset that Scalia criticized a lower federal appeals court for striking down the use of the phrase "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance. That the case is still on appeal and could eventually reach the Supreme Court, where Scalia will have a hand in the final decision.
