Greater Baltimore Hamboree and Computerfest is today.

Tonight I made great use of "The Internet that Should Be." While llistening to a stream of Digitally Imported's Trance channel, I heard a song I really liked and noticed that the URL contained a link to their page on mp3.com. I went to the page, downloaded three of their tracks (legally and for free!), including the one I had just heard, played them in order on iTunes, told Kathleen on AIM that she really needed to hear it, set it up on the personal web server on my Powerbook G4 and sent it to her. Now I'm going to back and tell the artist how much I like their tracks and how I'd like to hear/buy more.
