Damn Dell PowerEdge 1650 took a dump again this morning so I have to drive all the way into work on a Sunday to reboot it. Of course, on the way back I stop at Best Buy on York Road to see if maybe they have a Linksys WET11 to use instead of my laptop for my Internet connection to the neighbors. They don't have one, but the friendly clerk lets me know that there's a MarketPro Show going on at the fairgrounds and they have everything. So I head over there, pay my $7 at the door and manage to score a Western Digital 60 gig drive for Suz's busted computer and the bridge for cheap. Right now the WET11 is handling the Internet link, but it'll replace the long cable running from the 2nd floor to the basement once we get the DSL line installed. All in all a decently productive day.

An Anne Arundel County, an elderly man shot a man who was attempting to rob his house for the second time that week. The robber was taken to a local hospital for his gunshot wounds. Early reports are that the homeowner will not be charged with any crime.
