January 13, 2003 Happy birthday to Kevin Carlson! Paid bills and fed Box today. This evening on C-SPAN radio, Joseph Lieberman announced his run for the presidency in Election 2004 at Stamford High School. He insisted during the speech, among his praise for the military might of the United States, Bush’s plan to wage war against Iraq, and the role of God in our lives that he is not a run-of-the-mill Democrat. I agree with that. To me, he sounded too conservative to even call himself a Democrat. January 12, 2003 - January 14, 2003
