Today I got home from a long day at work and school to find that the apartment across the street from me is on fire. The way is completely blocked with fire trucks, although the guy I spoke to on my side of the street said that everything was already wrapping up and the trucks were getting on their way. Sure enough, after a few minutes (enough time for me to snap a few photos), they left. I'm almost sorry I missed the excitement.
