December 18, 2002 Another early morning. Apparently they get easier.
Today is the Baltimore Blogger meetup, and my IFSM 436 final exam.
One day in the future, things may or may not always be
as good as they are today, but I'll always be able to look
back in the database and remember the evening
I got to sit at home in my basement next to a warm fireplace
listening to Fatboy Slim and staring up at the glow of
colored Christmas lights and smile.
Today I took my last final of semester at UMBC and
Jacki took her last final ever. Yeah,
that's right, this is the year that the diligent young
people who arrived at school a year after me are
graduating. In fact, she walks to get her diploma tomorrow.
Congratulations!
Verizon turned off the phone for me today, and left
the DSL alone. They even put a friendly little
message in there referring people to my cell phone. Now
to pay off the $50 "I" still owe them.
