December 6, 2002 Happy birthday to Nici Walz! Another snow day for Baltimore County Public Schools. Got a new Dell PowerEdge 1650 in at work today. Today Mayor Martin O'Malley confirmed Baltimore's commitment to providing equal rights to transgender people by signing Council Bill 02-0857 into law. Baltimore now becomes the 54th jurisdiction in the United States to extend anti-discrimination protections to transgender people. December 5, 2002 - December 7, 2002
