FedEx is involved in a class action suit for late delivery. According to a UMBC newsletter, a number of departments there have received a "Notice of Proposed Settlement and Settlement Approval Hearing" and "Proof of Claim Form", as have each Federal Express Account holder who may have utilized their services between February 3, 1997 and June 30, 1997.
