The war on drugs in Baltimore injured four new victims tonight, this time police officers shot while serving a "lightning" (allegedly knockless) search warrant by a man who thought his home was being invaded and fired in self defense. The Baltimore Sun reports that neighbors said they were not aware of a drug problem in their neighborhood prior to the search and arrest of Lewis Cauthorne.
