I banned web surfers from Department of Justice not long after the WTC attacks, and a few days later got this sad e-mail from a desk-jockey who worked in their IT department saying how much he missed my weblog.

There's also a local who used to surf from senate.gov. Also a basement desk jockey, but it sure was disconcering the first time I saw him.
