theme camp I propose: Your theme is like your tent. If you built it and run it, you can tell a participant to either get fuck out, or abide by your rules. If that's how you want to run it, of course. I would even go so far as to say you can do anything that's not a crime against another person within the boundaries of your own space. A participant can decide to 1) be there or 2) not. :-)
