PPPP Frequently used U.S. Military slang meaning "Piss-Poor Prior Planning", used as an explanation for the failure or lousy execution of an exercise or project. It is also known as the "Four P's." Closely tied into the less frequently used "Six P's" (Prior Planning Prevents Piss-Poor Performance) and the even less used "Seven P's" (Prior Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss-Poor Performance).
