Candidates for State Senator in the 2002 Gubernatorial General Election

Candidates are Katherine Klausmeier, and John Cluster, Jr.

Neither candidate responded to the ACLU of Maryland survey on civil liberties, but in her last term, Katherine Klausmeier voted for the Anti-Terrorism bill which expanded law-enforcement wire tapping legislation, and against the Anti-Discrimination Act.

Not being familiar with John Cluster's record, I don't feel comfortable recommending either candidate yet. He does live in Parkville, MD, for what it's worth.
