Robert Kaufman called in to the Marc Steiner show on WYPR on September 9, 2002 to act like a fool. He called into ask how the delegates feel about war in Iraq and then whining that Mark didn't bother to bring him on the show against Elijah Cummings since he's also a democratic candidate for Maryland's 7th District.

I've heard him referred to as the "perennial Socialist candidate."
