I'm happy to announve that I am now a proud and happy homeowner. As soon as settlement was finished the sellers got instantly friendly and told me all about the neighbors and how much they love it. And I got a check REFUND for a few hundred dollars. Talk about unexpected!

Well, now I'm off to UMBC for the first day of IFSM 436 in the Fall semester. My refund check should just cover the cost of the class.
