Amitai Etzioni His recent book, The Limits of Privacy explores five specific issues:
Megan's Laws (privacy rights of sex offenders), HIV testing of infants, "bio-metric" ID cards, Internet privacy and medical privacy. He argues that privacy rights should be balanced with concerns for the common good such as public health and safety.
