The most recent available TOS from them (which appears to be undated) does imply (in typical EULA fashion) that it is the user's responsibility to keep abreast of contractual changes, so I wouldn't be surprised if Page Creator's switched contracts without announcement -- a tactic they've been accused of before.

What does it say about these sort of contracts when a whole bunch of "regular" people can't tell the difference between a "legitimate" TOS/EULA from a big company and one written on the kitchen table by a misbehaved teenager running a huge credit card scam?
