I had Speakeasy 1.1 mpbs SDSL for almost a year in Baltimore City. A lightning bolt that fried the SpeedStream DSL modem on a Friday, a ticket was opened Saturday morning, and Covad showed up on Monday and replaced the modem which was still under warranty.

Now I took them with me to my new house in Parkville, MD with a standard 608/128 connection and have been very pleased with the quality of service and responsiveness of the techs. It's the Best. DSL. Ever.
