Here are your rights as a voter in Maryland. Remember, according to Maryland Annotated Code Article 33 § 3-102, if you have been convicted only once for theft or a felony, treason, perjury, or any crime involving an element of deceit, fraud or corruption, your right to vote is automatically restored after completing of your sentence, including any period parole or probation and reregistering.
